What keeps making this make sense?

July 2026

This is the question I keep returning to.

Not because every pattern is good.

Because recurring patterns usually have logic.

The founder keeps stepping in.

The team keeps waiting.

The manager keeps avoiding the conversation.

The same role keeps burning people out.

The same hire keeps failing.

The same client keeps becoming too important.

The same decision keeps getting almost made.

It is tempting to call the behavior irrational.

Sometimes it is more useful to ask what would become risky if the behavior stopped.

What does stepping in protect?

What does waiting preserve?

What does avoidance make possible for one more week?

What does the overloaded role keep the business from having to admit?

The pattern may be expensive.

It may also be serving the system.

That is the part I want to understand.

Because once we know why the old pattern makes sense, we can start looking for the shift that makes it lose its logic.

If your business keeps returning to the same pattern, start with the intake.

Start the Intake
